Misfit product and no prepaid return slip

This folio with keyboard did not fit my 9.7" ipad. The product did not come with a prepaid address slip. ZAGG makes it as difficult as possible to return the product.

The associate that I worked

The associate that I worked with on the call was excellent. The problem was that the case I received did not fit the iPad. This was the 2nd order for the same thing, that did not fit the iPads I have. I have returned each purchase for a refund. Thanks for the effort in both cases. Apparently I have odd size/shaped iPads.

Since my IPadAir is one of the earlier versions, I was glad to get this newer version. I had to call about the red light when I plugged in my old charger. I was very pleased to find this one is a little bit more simplified than my older one that some of the keys stopped working after only 8 years.

Doesn’t work correctly sometimes

I do not like this keyboard at all. It sometimes will type all caps even though the caps lock is off. Also the space bar sometimes doesn’t work, it is not backlit or detachable and the keyboard just feels flimsy.

It does exactly what it is supposed to. The only issue is it’s folded thickness. I also have a slim book and in comparison this is a bit thick. But you really can’t beat the price to protect your iPad.

This is a great little keyboard - easy to connect and use. Comfortable on the lap and very lightweight. CANNOT beat this when zagg is having their sale!!!
