Very confusing fan control switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was picked to sample this fan control switch and I must say it is hard to use and understand. I'm not a phone tech savy person so I was unable to connect this device to even try it out. I'm gonna let me kids have it I'm sure they will figure this gadget out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
