So Ez is Exactly Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into a smart home about 18 months ago so slowly going wireless for everything ,so very excited to get to try and review this GE EZ Smart Lamp Dimmer .Yes ,it was super easy to install more important absolutely love that it can be control from any cell or mobile device I own . I can turn on a lamp so no more going into a dark house ,Plus we can use in while on vacations as an extra security. Love that you can manually set or set a timed schedule for turning off and on..I now plan on getting two more for other rooms in my house I am that happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Z-Wave Plus Smart Lamp Dimmer was so easy to set up, I just plugged my lamp into the side of the dimmer then plugged the dimmer into the outlet. It has a button on the top to turn the device and connect it to the app I downloaded to my phone. It can be controlled from any cell or mobile device I own as long as I have the app installed. I can turn the lights on from just about anywhere and I can set the timer to turn them on. It's great to have!

Quick setup, stable connection and fast response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the standalone wifi switches and smart bulbs which dont need a hub,but they all need a separate connection to wifi and hence sometime put too much load on my modem. I bought a wink hub to get around the issue and that seem to have stabilised my setup much better.The connected switches are now more responsive and the connection is more stable. This one follows suite and is easy to setup and has very stable connection. The build quality is good and the responses are quick. Works well with my setup and looks good since the plugs are not exposed on the front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This small device is excellent, works great with all my dimmable lamp, GE Z-Wave Plus Smart Lamp Dimmer, Hub Required easy to connect with the app and you can control your light just from your phone and no need to get up, so easy.

Love the Dimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The switch was very easy to set up with my ADT Pulse system. I told my Pulse system to discover the device, hit the button on the top and it was immediately found. The dimmer was discovered quickly and worked with my Pulse app for dimming the lamp attached to it without any configuration. This was simple and easy to get setup!

simple lighting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was pretty simple to connect to my home hub. I like being able to turn on my lamps before entering the room, and being able to control how bright the light will be. I will also be able to turn lights on when I return home at night.

I'm eager to replace all of my switches with the z-wave so it's fair to say I am pretty addicted to the automation wave. If you start, it will get you addicted to having a smart home.
