Excellent control for hardwired dimmable fixtures

I got a couple of these to replace some WiFi motion dimmers I was using to control an overhead kitchen and vanity light. Anytime there was a power outage or I needed to restart the WiFi, they'd disconnect and I'd have to manually restart them. With these Z-Wave motion dimmers, they remain connected and are far more reliable.

IT DOES NOT DIM!!!!

I just bought this and install it today, the box says Dimmer, IT DOES NOT DIM!!!! The switch in the box says "Relay" and you can clearly hear the click of an on/off relay switch so disappointed, wasted 2 hours of my life installing it, being very disappointed and pulling it our to ship back. Will never buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
