Lots of fun

I bought this item for my kids for Christmas. It has received gentle near daily use on tile, hard wood, and carpeting. It has never been used in an outdoor setting. The first two weeks were great. No issues or strange noises. it still works well and provides much fun. However, the right wheel now makes a clicking noise when someone rides it and turns to the left. Is that normal? And, we question, should it have the battery begin beeping so quickly (approximately 15 minutes) after beginning to use it, but well before a great distance has been acquired? We hope you can provide answers to these topics.

Santa brought my 8 yr old daughter this for Christmas and she loves it! Super easy to learn to ride. She figured it out herself within minutes. Now she and my 5 year old ride this all day, everyday. The self-balancing is a great feature and i feel like it keeps them safe. Battery charge holds strong for a good amount of time. It’s super heavy but stores nicely tucked away in a corner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought these for Christmas and they are still moving along. I bought the bags that go with them, and they provide such a neat option for my boys, who tend to be messy.

45lb 8 year old loves it

One of my three sons got this for Christmas. He LOVES it.....He is able to control it easily. His twin brother is not quite as agile, but also rides it well. Their little brother only weighs 39.5lb at age 6 and does not weigh enough to make it move. No complaints here on that! I tried it once, and couldn’t get it to go straight...only in circles. Not worth the risk of injury to me!
Overall, worth the price, good product. My kids use it inside because it works better on smooth surface. Ground clearance is very low and it gets scratched just on the end of our driveway.

We bought two of these for our kids for Christmas, there super fun, we like the self balanceing option they come with. We had one stop working, called up swagtron, they had us diagnose a few thing that didn’t work, so they had us ship it back free of charge, about five weeks later, a new one shoes up. Very happy.
