Great customer service

bought the first unit just a little under 2 years ago and unfortunately it stopped working. Thought I was out of luck because the warranty I seen online said 1 year. But I decided to call anyway, turns out the 12k btu has a 2 year. Well it gets even better, I bought it online so the representative found a store (not where I bought it) and I exchanged it there. Great customer service!!

Great performance, beware of remote sense.

I gotta say this keeps my entire 2 bedroom apartment chilly very easily, but the remote sense feature is flawed. It bypasses the thermocouple on the coil, so say the ambient temperature drops outside, the unit won't turn off the compressor to prevent freezing, as all it knows is the temp where the remote is now.. I just don't use the feature after freezing my unit up solid twice, but seems to be they didn't put much thought into it.

Staying Cool in the Crazy Heat

Great ac unit. I have a 2 door garage in the heat on Louisiana, and the ac cools the entire 500 sqft area in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works just as advertised good cooling quiet running, But was damaged prier to being boxed from the company. The box it came in was undamaged but when it was pulled from it's container it looked as if was dropped. Lucky for me the damage was superficial. Just not happy with their quality control.
