Remote Control Heaven !

My apartment has nooks and rooms, and all I have to do, to keep cool is bring my remote control which has Remote Sensing !

I've bought this A/C about month and a half ago and it has been working everyday since then. I really love the feature that uses remote for temperature measurement. Makes a lot of difference.
The only thing I miss is a vent. Getting some fresh air would be nice.

I have COPD and the humidity really irritates it, This unit works very well with removing the humidity from the air. We have a small house and this small unit cools the whole house. I really like the 'soft start', where it starts low then speeds up the fan. The energy saver is the setting most used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

quiet solid operation

Got this four months ago. Works excellent. No vibrations, very quiet. Built very solid. Cools my 600 sq ft garage down fast. Wish they were built like this years ago.

Good A/C for the price.

I had a Frigidaire A/C previously and it didn't last but about 3 years, I thought it would last much longer than that. I wouldn't have bought another one, except the reviews for this particular model were exceptional, so I thought I would give it a try. So far, it's been working well, only time will tell if history repeats itself, sure hope not though.

Does a wonderful job cooling, but....

The machine does a great job cooling and love the "clean air" feature (electrostatic filter built into the air conditioner), but.... it is a bit noisy. Sounds like something rattling in the machine when running. Since this is in a bedroom, that matters. Not horrible, but noiser than the air conditioner this replaced. It would be nice to have a night time "quiet mode". Also, the remote sensing of temperature on the remote is great, but it is about 6 - 8 degrees off from the temperature set on the air conditioner, itself. For instance, if the machine is set to 68 degrees, it never gets to anything below 74 or 73 in the room. Overall, it is working as needed, but with a few minor glitches.
