Powerful but not quiet

I used a 6000 BTU last year and it could not keep up in my 150 sq ft (hot) bedroom. This unit more than keeps up, but at the price of a low setting that is quite loud. I do prefer the comfort, but bought wireless headphones to watch television.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Installation

Purchased this unit to replace an older, smaller one. Read lots of customer reviews. The best feature, for me, is the way the front panel comes off and can be cleaned along with the filter.

Great window unit

My fiance and I bought this air conditioner earlier this summer and it has been working much better than the old AC unit. The sound is a nice white noise that doesn't wake me up in the middle of the night, and it gets very cold and is easy to clean the filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little AC

This is a great little window unit. It's surprisingly small for how much it can cool. I have a 250 Sq. Foot room, and when I get home, it's 80-85 inside. Within 20 minutes, this thing brings it down to 75. The remote temp sensing is very accurate when compared to my other thermometers in the room. The "high" fan speed is a bit on the noisy side, but after the initial temperature is reached, the low/med are nice and quiet.

Great Air Conditioner!

I like this air conditioner a lot. I love the remote sensor, and the filter change light has kept me up on cleaning the filter - something I really need as a person with allergies. My only complaint is that it feels a bit weak; during the summer it's ALWAYS on. However, my bill isn't really that much and I keep my room super cold, so it's still a very solid great AC unit.

Wonderful!

Now having had about a month of use from my Frigidaire - FF0833Q1 air conditioner, I must say that I am totally impressed and pleased. Installation was a breeze. It's quieter than any window unit I have ever owned. The room is kept at a constant temperature. I use the remote control sensor to regulate cooling and it has worked perfectly during this exceptionally hot summer. When the machine indicated that it was time to clean the filter, I found this formerly difficult and dirty job to be simple, efficient and without the additional clean-up associated with my previous unit. To put it simply, this is a wonderful air conditioner and I highly recommend it.

Ice block

I bought this air conditioner for my apartment. I've since returned it 3x because it freezes up and turns into ice. The third and last unit actually started to turn into an ice crusher because the ice block actually started to spew out chunks of ice. This is a great 2 in 1 product if you want an ice crusher and air conditioner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
