Great air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this air conditioner last summer because an air conditioner that was in our rental unit when we moved in stopped working. This air conditioner works really well, we got it at a great price, and we love the remote control that shows the current room temperature (so helpful)!

High pitch "Chatter" unacceptable

Bought this 1 year ago and didn't need it until now.l If I could, I would return it. The high pitch "Chatter", as it is called in the operating manual, is NORMAL. Everyone that comes into the room complains about it. We can only use it for about 15 minutes before turning it off. It is that bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

third season besides all the rattles, this year it didn't even get cold compressor came on did not cold , all Frigidaire products are garbage

Great for about a year

I have use this AC unit for just about a year now and it has worked great! Now with that being said the unit will turn on and that's it. The buttons on the unit and the controller will not work. The ac started at first going to 90° all by itself but would allow me to turn it back down, after about a week it has been at 90° and will not allow me to do anything. Yes I have unplugged it multiple times with no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn't last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the unit in March but it started messing up in April, I tried to have it replaced but Frigidaire didn't have any in stock so I had to get a refund and go with a different brand. I really didn't want to go with a different brand but had no choice.
