Cool power!

Have had it for over a month now, keeps a big living room / dining room area nice and cool. Has even proven to work well during a heat wave. Also, quieter than the last AC we had.

Cools as Frozen

I this at the beginning of summer and it has helped me save some cash off my electric bill. It has been one of the best investment I have made and it has paid off.

Living Cool

I purchased this unit several months ago and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It keeps my room cool and I use both the fan and cool choices. I love the fact that it tells you when the filter needs cleaning as well as the remote and all the features such as the timer, energy saver mode, and the sleep mode. This was an excellent purchase and I have no regrets.

Noisier than expected

Purchased in July, it does a good job of cooling our small bedroom but it is too noisy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features

Enjoyed comfort unit provided but did not take time to fully get acquainted with all of features so I am sure it will provide much better service next year when I take time to read the manual

Great unit!

I bought this in the spring and waited until it was hot enough in July to begin using it. It was completely manageable for me, alone, to put together and wrestle safely into the window. I never had a power problem. It was not too loud when running. The stops/starts in power saving mode were not jarring. It kept my 540 sq ft studio apartment nice and cool this summer. I look forward to more summers of it keeping me cool.
