Stopped heating - sad

Loved this unit! Daughter purchased it first and convinced us to do the same for fries. Now after 3 years she is on her second unit and ours has just failed to heat/cook the fries. Will not repurchase. Excellent at the beginning but the failure rate is unacceptable and encourages adding equipment to trash pile.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Versatile Appliance

We make seasoned potato wedges and sweet potato fries with our Actifry all the time. Just adjust the cooking time if you want them crispier. The sweet potato fries take on an exotic flavor if cooked with coconut oil. Will attempt onion rings soon. Have not tried it with stir fry recipes but I think it would work fine as long as you didn't put to much food in at one time. I agree with the other reviewer about fish sticks. They are too soft and crumbly for the actifry. We get to indulge in some of our favorite forbidden foods with the Actifry since you can make them using much less oil or fat. Oh yes, most of it comes apart and can be washed in the dishwasher.

Awesome fryer

I bought this 4 years ago, and it is the best. My arteries are happy (lol), and in times like this where cooking oil is soo expensive, it comes in handy for using less oil, my 3 liters of cooking oil can last for 1 year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this years ago, and so glad to see it's still being sold. Figure ours is going to stop working one of these years! My family loves the fries this makes, with so little oil.

wasn't sure about the wiper paddle, considered returning the machine. decided to give it a shot..did frozen curly fries with no problem, crisp and soft like i like.. set them aside..put 2.65 lbs. raw chicken wings with some seasonings..a quick squirt of Pam Olive Oil spray in the pan..And as stated in the recipe book, in 25 minutes, the wings were golden crispy and done! threw in some hot sauce, 3 more minutes and was better than than old method of deep frying.. trying some beef hunan tonight, going off the recipe grid but i think i'm gonna like it Wish tho, the handle detaches from the pan for better cleaning there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family enjoyed using this fryer! Simple to assemble/use & great for kids. Cool to the touch, window access that allows you to see the food cooking. Works great, food tastes amazing! Definitely healthier then the normal deep fryers, with "NO" greasy feel/taste/smell with your food! It cleans PERFECT!! Highly Recommend!!!!

Best airfry system

Time saver. Simply plug in set the timer and move on to next task. Due to the constant movement of the food the cooking is even. My only wish was that it was able to hold more food at one time. When cooking meats consider the natural fat content befor adding extra oil. Happy Frying

Better than any air fry ever made! French fries taste like they were deep fried with only 1 or 2 TBSP oil. Crispy fried taste with minimal oil. If you can find one, BUY IT! I love mine and hope they never stop selling them in the US.
