This compactor was a replacement from a home warranty. Not a "deluxe" model, however so far it performs as it should.

Greatprice for our replacement compactor....More power and fits perfectly in the same space! The black is a stylish option that dosen't attract attention to the appliance. Very easy to install!

It's really quick and makes no noise at all just doesn't have enough power to crush as good as it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
