The maintenance is very straight forward, and the support staff is very helpful when you encounter issues. They will work with you to correct the problem, even if that means replacing the unit - within the 1-year warranty.

Deebot works great except for a couple quirks. First I can’t connect it to the app since we have 5Ghz WiFi and I’m not splitting the WiFi to two as it messes with some of my other WiFi enabled devises. It also likes to start on its own - about 3x a day in fact.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, as advertised our app requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection to connect the DEEBOT. As for the scheduling issue, please try resetting the unit using the reset button located above the dustbin under the lid. Holding this button down until the unit beeps 3 times should delete any scheduled cleaning the unit has saved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife as the gift of time: instead of vacuuming every other day (possible minor OCD at play), Deebot now does it for us while we sleep, or while we're at work. It moves methodically through the house, and does a pretty good job at navigating furniture, rugs, etc. but he does tend to suck up fringes of rugs and tassles and get stuck. A great purchase, strongly recommend!

I can’t believe what the Deebot picks up daily!

Every day the Deebot pick up so much that we would even see between deeper cleanups. With one small dog and three cats, it’s a great way to stay company clean all the time!

I named my vacuum Baymax, and sometimes he is the only family member I love because he actually does what I tell him to without complaint. He's good to find his charger when he needs too. He does a great job cleaning up after my four kids and a cat. The only thing that would make him better is if he brought me Dr Pepper and chocolate.

Received a N79 in December 2017, stopped working in November 2018. ECOVACS sent us a M88 in January 2019 and it stopped working in May, now they are saying nothing to do but buy a new one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
