I had bought a m80 and enjoyed it immensly. The m80 stopped working and after my warranty period. I reached out to the ecovacs people and not only did they replace it but upgraded me to the m88. I was so thrilled to have my invaluable little helper back since we have a cat who sheds daily. Thanks ecovacs for saving the day again. 10 stars. You deserve it, and thanks to the ecovacs team xane, armina and elle. You gals are the best. A fantastic company that makes an exceptional product. A ecovacs customer for life.

I bought the deebot m88 2 months ago after owning a roomba for 4 months. The roomba cleans circles around the deebot. Battery life is horrible compared to the roomba. It cleans good but just doesn't last like the roomba. I am scared to try the mopping feature, just don't want to be let down more than I already am.

I cannot tell you how much we love our Deebot! This is the best purchase I’ve made in years....so great in fact, we’re thinking of buying one for our upstairs!
It’s amaxing how much my Deebot picks up, even when my floors don’t look too dirty.
My house no longer has dog or cat hair, the sand (we live st the beach) is completely picked up....my house, with the floors being done everyday, make my whole house look & feel cleaner.
I am 100% happy with my purchase! I don’t know how I’ve lived this long with out it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the M88 3 times now. At first I was skeptical because it was going all over the place. But now, it seems to be doing better every time. The suction is great, and the little brushes do well at sweeping dirt to the vacuum portal. It runs for about 1:45 hours and has found the docking station every time. We tend to stop it at 50-60 minutes and empty the cup. I love the low profile because it gets under beds and furniture. It is quiet and a welcome addition to our cleaning routine. We haven't owned it long enough to give it 5 stars, but hopefully it will become a 5 star robot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] vacuum really cleans floors well after 2 toddlers. surprised at how much dirt was actually in the resivoir before emptying. a bit disappointed with the "mopping" feature as it is nothing more than lightly wiping a damp cloth on the floor. synced with alexa and everytime i ask to start, she says there is an error, but it starts up anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a few months ago, gets stuck under furniture or the chair legs. Doesn't learn from it's mistakes. Tried the auto feature, again it gets stuck or lost and at times never finds the charger. Now it just sits on the base with a full charge.
