[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for me and i am so glad everyi day. With 2 dogs and 1 long hair cat we have a lot of hair and dirt. The side brushes make sure dirt along edges is picked up. Love my DEEBOT!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up and let it do its job. I hardwood floor and tile Al through out. You can beat that for what it cost and the job it does. Setting up the app was not painful but third was a charm.
Didn’t work from the moment I took it out of the box. This model was recommended from Consumers Report who I always trusted, now I don’t know if because it was refurbished or just not a great vacuum to begin with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about the issues out of the box. Please check to make sure the power switch is in the "I" position and not the "O" position. If it's in the "O" position the robot will appear to be charging even though it is not.
