Using this about 2 week now, have to go through a great deal of pain in my ears. Personally an uncomfortable experience

I bought two pairs of these headphones recently and they have both broken the exact same way! One part of the sound output stops on one side then the other. Normally these headphones are great but this is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
