Cheap looking, arrived scratched, poor customer support

I had this embossed and received it with a noticeable scratch in the front. . It is embossed, so obviously whoever did the work saw the scratch and still packaged/sent it to me. It was supposed to be a gift. I still have not received a refund for the damaged product. They even told me to send the wallet back eventhough it's personalized/cannot be resold. I guess they would rather see it go to waste/ "fossilized" in a landfill (sent them a picture of damage). Their customer support people are incompetent and kept sending me different info to complete refund. The wallet is also very cheap looking. No more ordering from Fossil.
