The material and color are okay, but the wallet is way too big

The embossing was crooked all the letters different sizes and when I reached out to customer service they refused to replace. I thought the second time would be better but both wallets look busted and customer service couldn't care less. Just don't get it embossed.

Like: Bifold is both sides. Leather color. Wallet almost exactly like one it is replacing. Don't like: I am missing second billfold pocket which I used for receipts. (Minor)
