Shipping time was terrible. I could have walked into any other stationary store and picked it up within the same day. I'll seriously consider not using HP again due to the seriously slow shipping time for such a basic product.

It lasted nothing, its amazing how fast the ink was gone, this is the first time I have this problem and I will surely ask for a refund.
