Cheap plastic parts to open the door break!

You have lost a customer for life. The cheap plastic parts on the control panel used to hold the
Door lever release in place is very cheaply made and no replacement parts. It’s junk, designed to
Break after a few years of use or sooner. I’ll be looking for a microwave with a pull handle on the door
Like they used to be made when the lasted a decade or more. Sharp used to be a good dependable brand. Those days are gone. Best of luck to the new breed “Sharp Minds” that make these crappy
products. I’m sure they are not the engineers, but in the planned obsolescence department.
