I miss the automatic decimal point. Need a color attribute in the custom forms...I want to highlight comments on the invoice.

Still needs some improvements

I am new to Quickbooks but sure wish I was able to write a memo on the bottom of my check easily. Why is this so difficult to program

BUGGY

Lots of bugs that QB isn't fixing. Lots of them. For months and months. Also, their engineers, who are clearly bored and require entertainment, change the platform regularly which forces the user to re-learn their system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just love EVERYTHING about QBO!

I love QBO! We also have Payroll which I also love! Payroll alone has saved me at least 2 hours every payroll period! And if I ever have any issues with anything, I just call and they are super knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I just called and spoke with Marcus who is a dream to work with. If he answers your call, tell him maureen says "hi!". I highly recommend this software to everyone!

This new update has lots of bugs.

This new QuickBooks online has lots of bugs, it messes up my data when using the app and when use in’s the online browser the input data doesn’t show properly on the app. Lots of glitches like not saving proper info or picture data and so on. Too many to list. Please work out the wrinkles so it doesn’t frustrate me or my employees when using this on the field.

When using the mobile application, make sure your smartphone is up to date with the latest software. If you're still having latency issues, you can reset the application data: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Other-questions/My-client-is-viewing-the-dashboard-from-QBO-mobile-app-amp-amp/td-p/241079. Keep in mind this will not erase your company's saved files. I want to make sure everything is running properly for you and your employees when using the software on the field. Quickbooks helps me with financial reporting!

Quickbooks Online for Mac is hard to use!!!!!

I have always used the desktop version and liked Quickbooks very well. I've even recommended Quickbooks to others. Not now. I cannot get the checks to line up correctly. I also cannot find anything easy!!! It is not user friendly by no means.
