It works extremely well not gimmicky at all. Very simple to use and dries out fruits and vegetables very quickly. Easy to clean can be hand washed or simply thrown into the dishwasher. Super helpful for food prep.

I bought it for my adult child because I've used one for decades and it's the best--fun to use, maximum drying, and multi-functional (I also use it as a soaker, strainer, and storage container for salad greens in the fridge. )
