cooling fast powerful but its loud noise

but can't go to sleep with loud noise and don't have swing left to right.

Mine broke after 2 months of use. Google LG and air conditioner and you'll see hundreds of people with the same issue. 100% not worth 1 cent.

So much easier to setup & use

As being in the late 60s this unit is a lot easier to insall than a heavey window unit. At the end of the season just disconnect & roll to a spare room NO lifting. Disconnecting the exaust vent from the unit & window is so easy. Works great, but is a little bite noisy.

We used to never need an air conditioner in Washington. But this year, we buckled under the higher than usual temperatures. The new A/c owrks very well. There is a dry setting and we never need to empty any water. The only negative at all is the exhaust hose design which is very wide and bulky. However, the positive of that system is that the tubing is very sturdy and long enough to allow the exhaust to be mounted high up in a window. So, it worked perfectly in our bedroom window and it has an adequate length to make it adaptable for other places in the house.
Pros: Quality, easy to use, Performance

I had a similar unit lasted one year, wanted me to pack it up and ship it to China for repairs. Not today. This LG unit cost about 15% more, but is worth it. Superior performance with additional features. Warrantee and repair work done in the home (if needed). Easily twice the machine for the money. No problems or regrets.

My wife and I purchased this item due to not being able to climb on top of house to do the work needed for the swamp cooler.
There is one recommendation that I would make. That would be to add some type of insulation to put around the exhaust hose. Because it is thin enough that a lot of heat escapes into the room and makes it harder to cool.
We have purchased two of them. Then found some fiberglass pipe insulation to wrap around the exhaust hose and it has helped.

very loud. seems to malfunction at times

it is very loud. needed it for my bedroom so it' s hard to get to sleep. sometimes have to hit remote several times in order for it to work and at times have different readings, remote says 70 degrees machine says 7 degrees. does not cool off as good as window unit! would have returned it but husband threw out the box

Great Product

I have purchased two (2) of these Air Conditioners and they are the best. I replaced my window A/C with one and the other I replaced my A/C on the roof of my travel home. They are portable and can be placed anywhere you want to.
