The AC unit is amazing . It coold down my entire upstairs on low . I'm so happy it was replaced in a short period of time & customer service is so friendly and courteous.

I bought this air conditioner a week ago, and I haven't turned it off, except to run another high powered appliance such as a microwave.
This AC unit is just perfect for cooling our 3 room apartment. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a reasonably priced; high quality item.
