Great product, easy to install

This air conditioner works very well in our home. Cools down a large room in a short amount of time. Would recommend it. Price was fair.

My brother bought this unit for us Memorial Day weekend of 2018. Yesterday, the motor completely locked up and the fan won’t come on or cool. Not very happy with this product right now. Up until this point it has kept my trailer cool. Don’t u defat and why it locked up when it’s not even a year and a half old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Moves a lot of air , cools down the house fast.Will find out soon as summer in Texas is almost here.Nice features.It is quite loud,but it is a big unit.

Overall I'm very happy with the unit. It cools great, has easy to use features, and looks good. The only negative I have is the noise it makes. It is a lot louder than I thought it would be. It's "turn up the T.V." Loud. So if that doesn't matter to you, then this unit is great.

I like everything about the ac except the front cover. The two plastic tabs on the top of the cover broke off the first time I put the cover on. I drilled two holes and put screws in to hold the top in.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings

I bought this ac to replace a 9 year old LG window unit of the same size.It had finally quit after nine summers in Austin,Tx. its over 100 degrees for 3 to 4 months every year.It worked great all that timeand this one looks like it will do the same.

Overall this is a good window unit at this price point. It is certainly not perfect, but you will not do any better for the size and cost. Unit is slightly loud, and I had to replace the last one after 4 years of use because the fan is plastic and degraded to the point that it crumbled and fell apart. I will buy another when the time comes.
