This product is perfect, it's easy to use, I can have delicious cafe every day. One of the great point is that the machine has grinder so every time my cafe is fresh. The water tank is small but is enough for 2,3 person also the machine has not autostart.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Consistent problems

Problems started within first 2 months and seemed to be needing service every 3 months. Problems with water pump, brew unit, grounds container box kicking out. Registered it with Saeco from the start thinking I was safe because of extra warrantee only to find out it only covers brew unit. Not spending another penny on this lemon

Blends my favorite beans and transforms them into my favorite beverage . Only issue I have is the small volume in the water reservoir and therefore requires constant topping up.
Makes great espressos and americanos at the touch of a button! The steamer capacity is enough to froth milk in a reasonable time. Still learning the ins and outs of frothing. Haven’t figured out how to get that buttery milk I sometimes get from a coffee house, but my lattes and cappuccinos I make are decent.
The only real negatives are the size of the water reservoir and drip trays. Feels like I am servicing them with every other cup. Some reviewers thought this machine would be fine for a small office, but no way. It’s perfect for one or two people, but no more. You’ll just be angry that the reservoir is empty or the drip tray is overflowing every time you go to use it.
This machine is not worth the money even if it was working properly. It makes burnt coffee, has a small water reservoir, and is a pain to maintain. Even when it did work it would produce coffee successfully 80% of the time. The machine has too many smart functions built into it that cripples its features and causes it to overall work poorly. I am versed in IT tech and this machines takes the crown in being the most useless complicated piece of broken machinery.
