Water tank is to small and the wait between steam and coffee is way to long. With the water tank so small by the time it goes through the rinse and water you have to use to cool down the steam cycle you need to refill the water again.
Pros: small, nice looking
Cons: water tank too small, no rapid steam, coffee not hot enough

The Coffee is great but does not make enough out of the box. Supposedly, the amount can be adjusted but I have not tried to adjust the amount yet. I just press the coffee button twice. The Espresso is fabulous as well. The bad things: the water supply needs to be filled often, the water drain trey needs to be emptied often and has a lot of coffee grinds in it to be captured before dumping down the drain, the machine needs to be cleaned weekly.
Pros: great coffee, fabulous espresso, makes fast, small footprint
Cons: wastes a lot of drain trey water, small water supply, weekly cleaning, empty water trey often

Makes a really good espresso but is not a reliable machine, worst part ? Water tank too small, only enough for make 4-5 espresso shots tends to leaks, in my case in 3 weeks mine overheated 5 times and make wasted more than 10 minutes to make it work again,I returned to the store after just 3 1/2 weeks of buy it

Cons: warning signals too confusing (lights codes)

This machine is fantastic. Once you learn the four warning lights, it is simple to run. Makes perfect espresso everytime. It’s so good I’m now drinking coffee in the evening.

Grounded coffee spills by brewing mechanism. This was my 4th Phillips coffe machine and first baught in USA.

Very nice coffee machine, but... it is a bit small! Makes excellent coffee but water and coffee bean reservoirs are a bit small. Also, it turns off (to save energy) after ~30 minutes, which is quite short. I haven't found a way to turn this feature off or modify the time. Finally, it uses up a lot of water when turning off and the waste water reservoir rapidly fills up. But as I said earlier, it makes truly excellent coffee.

Saeco Xsmall Vapore Super-automatic espresso machine delivers a very good cup of coffee. The small footprint and minimal controls make this machine easy to use. The water temperature is just right resulting in a cup of coffee that does not have a burnt taste to it nor is it too cold. The water heats up right away and does not tax the patience of someone who needs to get the first-morning cup of espresso quickly and efficiently. On the down side, the machine is a bit too sensitive and stops brewing if the coffee puk container is not tightly closed or if the side door should be slightly loose. Just make sure that everything is fitting tightly or you might get a warning light. Also, I would have preferred an on-off switch that gives more of a tactile feedback. It is possible that one may not know right away that the machine has been turned on. Overall, my wife and I are happy with our purchase. The price was reasonable and I feel we got good value for the price. There are no bells and whistles with this machine but ultimately you get a good cup of expresso to brighten your day.
Pros: price, simplicity, ease of use, good cup of expresso, small footprint
Cons: can go off-line too easily

With the correct expresso bean it makes great cappuccino and expresso. We had 12 people over all wanted cappuccino filled the tank like 4 time emptied the tray about that many times. Loved the maker just mainly for 2 to 4 people.
