i bought a dell 3020 gaming computer from one of your refurbished suppliers - ordered & paid for on Dec 26th - first delivery date Jan 7 next delivery date Jan 11 - tracking page still says Jan 11 - i can find no place on here to talk to a person with out waiting hours on hold or waiting a week for an e-mail reply - not a happy customer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great performance improvement

Best performance upgrade to my 10 year old Intel i7 custom built computer with 16 gigs of ram. I was using a Seagate 7200 RPM hard drive and boot time was about 96 seconds now boot is 19 seconds and performance is so smooth best possible thing to keep an older or even new computer running as new is a solid state drive!
I would recommend this to a friend!

SSD to replace slow HDD 7200

The WD free software downloadable from their site senses and works only with WD SSD drive. Not users friendly. First attempt after 4 hours failed. Had to repeat the clone process which worked. Switched the disks and now the old computer is 3 times faster. The mother board is slowing data transfer a bit but still much cheaper than investing $3k for a comparable computer. Similar Samsung product comes with cloning software in same packaging and is much more user. Friendly.

Great product

I am very happy with this SSD. Bought it as an upgrade for my wife's HP Pavilion g4-2012tx notebook. Just removed the old hard drive and replaced with this WD Blue SSD and everything worked fine. Re-installed Windows 7 on it and all necessary drivers and now the laptop is running faster as expected. Will definitely recommend this product.
