I loved the system upon purchase, great quality, fast, great bargain, and room to upgrade, which I have done, Maxed the DDR4 to 32 gb, Corsair CPU Water Cooler, ASUS G-Sync 34" Curved Monitor, Corsair K95 RGB Keyboard, more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful product, everything about it is great at it's price with the execption of VR. VR gameplay is somewhat choppy, but it isn't the product's fault because you can change up certain parts to better suit your needs.

The Asus ROG Strix GD30CI prebuilt gaming PC is an appealing option for those looking to get their first decent gaming computer. The model I purchased came with an Intel i7-7700, a GTX 1060, and 16 gigabytes of RAM. It sounds promising, however you'll soon realize where the weak points of the computer are... Under any moderately heavy load, the installed CPU air cooler fails to keep temps down, and is annoyingly loud while doing so. In performance mode, the cooler sounds like a jet plane taking off. The GTX 1060 only has 3 gigabytes of VRAM, which I found to max out in most games when you selected anything above "Normal" in the graphics settings. However, the 16 Gigabytes of RAM (besides from looking boring) has done well. Yes, it is only a single, bare stick of RAM, but it was honestly the last of my worries. I decided to give the product a chance, and go out of my way to fix these issues. I bought an AIO CPU cooler, an RTX 2060S, and a better power supply to help the new graphics card. (The 500W PSU it had come with was not going to be enough.) Now, I am happy to say, that with a few personal upgrades, the GD30CI runs amazingly well. It is able to run nearly every game at max settings, and it is so much quieter than it previously was. Temps stay down, frame rates stay up, and it is now a great gaming computer. However, I do believe that having to replace or upgrade a prebuilt PC immediately, gets rid of the point of buying a prebuilt in the first place...
