Easy to set up However it did not work with my big TV works fine and with a small monitor

Ok but not without its issues

The DVR system works well but the android 10 app is poor. I can't see the menu on any android phone, on any network. It seems a flaw with either the DVR or the app design. Called tech support who says it's a connection issue but then how can I live stream without issues, the fact that I've tried so many connection types and 2 phones also.. please fix as you can see the below photo shows a menu but no listings . . . Please advise Swann??

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience when remotely accessing your unit using Android 10. This is not a reported issue with the Swann Security application. Is your unit using the latest firmware update? If so, you will have to use the latest app Swann Security for remote access. The HomeSafe View application will be used on units with the earlier firmware version.
Please call in with our support team and provide the firmware version you are running and the application being used. They will confirm if this is the proper setup.

Good but no support

The system works well however I have 2 outdoor cameras with water in them and are useless now. I was still suggesting to many people to go with Swann but not anymore. Swann has not replied to any of my emails regarding my faulty cameras, no support at all. Maybe a poor review will get their attention.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The physical installation went well as did the connecting to the network. Working on how to get the system to function wasn't as easy which surprised me. The picture quality is not too bad. Would probably purchase again.
