Good, NOT GREAT!!!

This system is OK. Does not live up to the expectations of the demo in the store. Will not work independently of the TV if the optical cable is hooked up. I called customer service, they said if I want to use the sound bar without turning on the TV to unplug the optical cable. The product does have a great look and finish. Just wish I could turn it on without turning on the TV.

Good Sound, Heavy Bass

We use this product in our room. I have found it to be a quality speaker, although since the unit I received did not have the remote with it (and I haven't taken the time to track one down online) I am unable to adjust the level of the bass. It is a bit much. It's somewhat disappointing that the smartphone app which controls it quite well, does not allow you to control all the functionality that the remote apparently does (namely, turning down the bass). Overall, it's a quality product and I am happy with it.

Bought this as an open box a few months ago, and after the second repair cycle, they decided to just replace it. It kept turning the volume all the way up, down and everywhere in between indiscriminantly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
