REMOVES HUMIDITY BUT ONLY REDUCE TEMPERATURE 3 CEL

VERY CONFUSED WHY THE DANBY WILL ONLY LOWER THE TEMPERATURE BY 3 DEGREES CELSIUS. TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE WAS NEAR 27C AND I COULD ONLY GET INDOOR TEMP TO 24C. i HAVE IT SET TO THE PROPER SETTINGS FOR COOLING TO 17 C. THE ROOM DOES FEEL COOL AFTER 5 HOURS USE BUT IT IS NOT A HOT DAY YET. i JUST BOUGHT THIS AND AM WONDERING HOW IT WILL DO IN A HEAT EMERGENCY. I HAVE A LOCAL DANBY DEALER AND AM WONDERING IF HE CAN REPAIR THIS TO WHAT DANBY CLAIMS IT WILL COOL OR IF THEY FALSE ADVERTISE THIS MODEL. i HAVE IN HOME WARRANTY ON THIS BUT I KNOW THE DEALER WILL MAKE AN EXCUSE WHY I SHOULD NOT EXPECT THE UNIT TO WORK AS DANBY CLAIMS AND THEN GO HOME. OTHERWISE I DO LIKE THE DANBY , NICE WINDOW EXHAUST AND CONTROLS WITH REMOTE. NOT SURE IF ANOTHER BRAND WOULD DO BETTER OR THEY ALL FALSE ADVERTISE. 11 PM AFTER A 27 DEGREE DAY AND THIS UNIT WILL NOT GO BELOW 23 C AFTER 6 HOURS .
