Meets our needs

This printer has met our small office needs well. We did have an issue with the printer about 6 months after the purchase, but we received a refurb replacement unit with little trouble. It prints fast and isn't too loud. It's fairly easy to setup and maintain.
The only thing that would help to make this printer better would be if it could have a setting to not go to the next tray when the first one is empty. We purchased the additional tray for our printer so we could have letterhead and plain paper in the printer and if you forget to specifically choose a tray to print to (leave it at autoselect), then it will take paper from the next tray when the first is empty, which has wasted some of our letterhead. There is a work around (making a printing preset), which does negate this issue for the most part, but it would be nice to just have a setting in the printer, rather than having to make presets on every computer in the office.
I would recommend this to a friend!
