This printer is very fast in printing tax returns. With internal memos I can use scrap paper and save on paper costs.

I am very satisfied with the HL-5470 duplex laser printer. It was easy to install and start. It's fast and the duplex feature is a true paper saver. The envelope printing ability is first rate. Print quality is excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best personal printer so far

I use it in conjunction a neat document scanner to digitise my personal files and records and to print copies as needed. The automatic duplex capability is what sold me on the product. But on use, it is more than adequate for printing meeting agenda and reports for distribution to church and political organization to which I belong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is absolutely silly to have to have a password (for BRadmin) to update the firmware for the printer! It should be a very simple download.

No Wireless

This printer would be awesome if the wireless feature was easier to set-up and use. I contacted customer service and no one could help me either. I wasted about an hour of my time. I use it by manually plugging in via usb port. I would not recommend this printer to others looking for a wireless connection or color printing. I would in any other case because it's fast and never jams.
