Good, but with issues

Printer itself works fine, both via WIFI and wired. Cannot get the Google Cloud Print to work with this printer, even after several hours of tech support with Google and Brother. Printer shows up as offline, even when it is "ready".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is VERY POOR quality. The slowest printer I've worked with and the has the poorest print quality I've ever seen.

Don't know what I was thinking. Can't buy cartridges that print a large amount of copies, it constantly freezes up and looses print jobs, refuses to print anything off the internet, if I'm not replacing a toner cartridge it's a drum. Won't make this mistake again. Going back to HP.

Great Printer

I really like this printer for the speed and the capacity of the tray. The one thing I noticed is that there isn't a shutoff if the output tray is too full, unless we are missing something. It isn't too bad to watch when printing, but I have had papers fall out on the floor/desktop when I have been busy. Otherwise we haven't had any issues with it.

SHOULD HAVE GONE LASER SOONER

I needed a duel tray laser printer for my business and Brother products was recommended; however, the review I read did not give it justice at all. If you are looking for a printer, scanner copier and fax look no further. It's ppm is about 40 pages and quite, the scanner and copying is just as fast. The auto paper select works perfectly. I have not used the fax since I do not have a LAN line. The printer is tall so make sure you have adequate space for it. Lots of features I have not explored yet.

Reliable and easy to use

I waited for years to replace a HP 4si laser printer because of its reliability. I have found my Brother printer to be fast, reliable, economical, and easy to use. What more could you ask for?
