This is a great printer. It runs Quietly, Flawlessly
and at a low cost per page. It prints on both sides with no jam up as I had on my previous printers.

Close but not perfect

This printer does everything well. I have set it up exactly the way I need it. I am a one man office so I do a lot of 2 and 3 page Proposals, write single checks and 3 page invoices one at a time. A Lot of warming up and stopping. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is for the effort it takes to get a 2 page document off the printer. The paper does not reach the small paper stop so you have to use your finger nails to get the document to the edge so you can pick it up. Annoying little thing.

Great Machine - excellent production

A little heavy getting it out of the box, but that just told me it was a solid machine like I used to buy years ago, and well worth the money. It's fast, reliable, so far trouble-free. Replaced an aging 5760 that was overworked, and ready to be replaced. Solved a lot of printing problems, mostly, allowed quality printing on-time, not worrying that we would be clearing printer issues when on deadline,

This printer was easy to set up wirelessly and over the first week of operation has met my expectations. Print quality is good, speed is as rated. Operates fairly quietly. I am happy with this printer so far.

I'm extremely excited having a printer that will print quickly and that will do legal letter interchangeably. I just got it so I haven't used it a whole lot yet. But the use so far has been great.

I purchased this printer for my wife's place of business. It works exactly as the specifications stated referring to pages per minute, start up time, and ease of setup to a wireless router. I have always been an HP person when it came to printers but I'll be changing to Brother now.

I bought 2 units for our office. One is heavily used (10k per month) and another not so (2k per month) much. Fuser was replaced twice (covered by warranty) when unit reached ~30k prints. After fuser failed 3rd time - Brother send me a refurb. unit as a replacement. I hope that it is not a common issue and that I just happened to have a defective unit.
