Wireless/Scan Issues

After initial setup the printer recognized all the wireless computer connections on which the printer drivers were installed. Lately it does not recognize all active computers. Scanning works fine for the auto feed but is misaligned for the manual feed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good equipment

I have used this printer for more than a year at it does not fail in all my projects.
The only problem I have is that when I need the drum I can not purchase it in Puerto Rico. The last time I had to ask a friend to purchase it at Miami. I need service in our island. We have 4 printers and have the same problem.

EXCELLENT MACHINE

I have purchased a Brother machine MFC-8710DW for the first time and I am pleased and excited about the product. I have used it already as a copier, fax machine, scanner and printer, and I could not ask for better performance. I don't know why it took me so long to take a look at this equipment and make the purchase. I used other manufacturers' equipment for over 30 years, and this beats them all. I am very happy with the decision that I made to buy the equipent.

Best Laser Printer!

We absolutely love the new laser printer!
It has duplex printing and is wireless and can use up to legal size paper. All of which we need!
We have a Brother Inkjet printer that we bought to replace our previous printer that was horrible (HP) and we were extremely happy with the quality of the printer as well as the printed page. So we decided to stick with Brother as our new favorite printer company! After many years of being let down by HP, we are so happy to be with Brother!

excellent machine

I have been using this machine for about a week now, and I love the speed for which it prints pages.It was not easy to set up the network at the beginning,but with support from Brother customer service we were able to get everything set up. Written directions could have been better. As far as operation is concerned, I have no complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
