I love it, every aspect is efficient.

The company I work for has only owned Brother printers. I did have some problems with my printer, but Brother took care of me and replaced it with a new one. There are plenty of features for the multiple to doers!

Economical and fast multifunction home printer

Setup instructions very easy to follow, fits fine in limited space, performs great with printing of mixed letter/legal paper sizes required by my business. Scan works well, have online fax so have not used that function. One single and temporary drawback was unwanted dots appearing on docs and after online search I found instructions on how to locate and polish the dots off the drum. Crisis averted.

Only thing it needs is make lighter copy and after calling your tech support I found out in options you have to move bar to the right to get light copy which is odd. It still doesn't lighten as much

does what it should do

we also have a hl5740dw printer and that works great. Think mfc faxes, prints and scans but it take a little time to think it out. we hat had it a few months now and have gotten the hang of it read the manual and down load it to your computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor tech suport

For a company as big as brother I would think u would have better tech support and better English speaking people as they couldn't even help me hook it up to PC and the women spoke English horribly

We are high volume and it works ok.

We are a high volume printer and this product work ok. We have some issues with print quality after changing the drum, etc. Replacement parts are available but are expensive to keep the quality pristine.
