Great All in one

Great all in one bought it for Church use. So far has been very reliable and cost efficient. It does duplex but not fully automatic so if this is what you want it for you may want a different machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Black & White printer

The printer is great. Now compatible with MAC -- can print from mobile devices. Need better written instructions but the Monday to Friday help from customer service was excellent and resolved setup issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Outstand performance. Wish it did have 2 trays for legal and letter; other than that I give it 5 stars. The XL Cartridges are well worth the extra money.

We have been so pleased with our new Brother, we do a lot of printing, copying and faxing in a day and the MFC-8710DW has been performing like a champ! The scanner never jams nor the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I originally bought this product in August of 2012 to replace another MFC Brother that was destroyed in a house fire.
Just about less than 2 years that printer died. Unplugged it from the wall outlet for a week's vacation and when I returned, it would not work.
Repair shop told me not worth reparing since it would cost about $175.
I bought the same model for one reason -- I had a couple of toner cartridges that would have been worthless, so I bought it again when it was on sale on Amazon.
I would have given it 5 stars if the first one lasted longer than two years. Works great and really like it.
The best part is that you can get toner on Amazon for a lot less than what it cost at the office stores.

Not compatible with Mac. Brother claims that it is compatible with Mac.
