Very Buggy, returning

Unlike others here, I found this product to be very poor!
SETUP:
First off, the box is almost impossible to take apart without destroying it. Then there are ZERO instructions as to how to use this thing. Even the phone app is hard to find - search for "Cue by Wonder Workshop"! Not even a QR to scan on box?! No paper instructions at all.

APP:
Setting a different Avatar wouldn't always play the sample voice. It has what's supposed to be a personality, but really it's just a lot of pre-recorded sarcasm. The phone app plays very loud music that cannot be turned off. Turning down volume means you don't hear other sounds from the app. The web app is much better than the phone app.

BUGGY:
I don't know if I got a faulty unit or what but...
I write software and have even created hardware and this robot was VERY disappointing! When building/running a program the robot would often not respond at all, or sometimes respond or other times respond minutes later - to multiple previous run attempts! Attempting to load customer sounds took many tries. Way to unreliable and frustrating for me!
