Overall it's a good product however I wish it cut alittle closer, in my opinion that's the only thing I would improve.

This model bites! Literally.
I had two of the original Bodygroomers over a course of 4 years and they were fantastic! Eventually the batteries go bad and will not last on a charge but otherwise great.
This model, however similar, seems to have the cutting head at a slightly different angle and possibly the cutter edges as well. It does not shave as easily, or closely, and the outer cutters will pretty readily snag and or bite the skin. And we all know we don't want that!

Battery last a long time....doesn't cut that well...have problems trimming hair sometimes, have to go over and over a few times. Does not work well in shower because hair is wet and is more difficult to cut. Better to use dry.
Pros: batter life
Cons: use in shower

This Norelco is my third. I found that it works better if I hold it a little differently than razors I have had in the past. I like the way it has hair cutting style heads on each side of the razor style head. If I don't shave for a few days, the combination of heads turns my scruffy look into a trimmed, smooth face ready to return to the office.
Pros: it cuts down to the skin in two passes.
Cons: the handle is a little small for my big hands.
