[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in hospital and a long way from home so I did not choose this device; someone chose it for me. Good choice! Solid unit that I use every day as I am now in a rehabilitation center close to home. Holds a good charge, east to use with weaker arm since stronger arm is broken. Provides excellent results shaving and trimming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how long I charge the battery, it's just never enough to make it work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the battery of your Philips Bodygroom series 3000 does not last long.
In this case, the following troubleshooting tips may help you find a solution: Before using your Philips Groomer for the first time, make sure you charge it completely. Your bodygroomer needs to be charged for at least 8 hours. If you have very thick hair, your Philips Groomer will require more effort to trim or cut them. In this case, the groomer’s battery may run out quicker than usual. To ensure you have enough battery for a full trimming session, use a fully charged groomer. Your groomer requires regular cleaning to function properly. Hair or debris can get stuck in the device and affect its performance. Please clean your groomer as per the instructions given in the manual. We recommend oiling your groomer regularly. You can apply a few drops of oil on the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil.
