There have been known issues with 3g/4g switching affecting battery life since the phone was released in 2011. I've had the phone since the day they arrived at our Verizon store. I have to carry a Blackberry with me so when the Galaxy Nexus dies I still have a phone. Got this phone for Android 4 but none of the patches are available on this phone. Learned my lesson and will go to Apple next time.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, big screen/buttons
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life, signal strength

I am actually on my second Nexus phone. My first one wouldn't charge anymore so vzw sent me a refurbished one. I also owned a samsung facinate. Let me say i am not pleased with samsung phones. On both phones the GPS was horrible. Cell signal is par or below. I compare to a vzw Iphone i use for work. all in all i will not buy another Samsung phone
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Applications performance are remarkable and it's daily use is very practical. Overall there is just one disadvantages that battery does not support long term usage even though it's quality.
Pros: Realistic color, face unlock
Cons: battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is without a doubt the best phone I've ever had. Google and Samsung did a wonderful job with this one. The size is very nice, a really big screen, but it fits in my hand perfect. The software is amazing. ICS is the best Android version out there by far. If there was one thing I wish would different would be the camera but even then it takes pretty good pictures. I would recommend this phone to all my friends. Great job Google and Samsung!!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, software
Cons: camera, speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Phone

First thing I want to bring up is the screen and the home/back/multi task buttons. The buttons appear on the screen and don't have a special place so they will turn around when needed, also when you will watch a movie the place of the buttons will also be used for the movie screen so you use 100% of your front. Then the 3rd button is not a menu-button(obsolete because its build in the apps), but a multi task button so you can use multi apps in several seconds copy en paste can be done with simple touches. I really love this phone and I hope the next google phone will have the same pro's.
I've had my G-nex for almost 6 months and I love it. The phone is snappy and quick. It looks good and has one of the best OSs on the market. Its a great phone and tool. I am a reporter and use the phone constantly on the job.
Just got this phone and I love the speed and quality of the phone. Responsiveness is great. The extended battery is only slightly thicker than the standard battery, which means my phone case still fits! I like that it is not loaded with a bunch of junk software that I will never use and cannot remove (like on the Galaxy Fascinate). The only flaw I have found is that there is no more speed dial from the dialer (i.e. press and hold a number to dial someone). I like to keep a neat looking home page and I don't like having to use widgets to quick dial people. I want speed dial back in the dialer. Other than that, another AWESOME Samsung phone!
