What happened Samsung? I dont wanna break up (literally)

I absolutely LOOOOOOOOVEEEE Samsung products...especially phones. I current have this 4g device through Verizon Wireless. I cannot believe how HORRIBLE the audio is when on a call, when utilizing video chat, utilizing speaker phone, etc. The distortion, breaking up, beeps, static is ridiculous. I got rid of my Droid Charge because of the same such issues...3 replacements later i was finally given this phone which I have a love/hate relationship with. The performance and features on this product are amazing....the audio issues leave you with a bitter sweet feeling. Please fix soon Samsung...i dont wanna break up this thing we got going. I have always enjoyed your products and would like to continue my loyalty if ONLY you return that loyalty to your customers and send a fix SOON.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, audio issues aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a great phone

The OS seems to have some problems. It won't connect to data sometimes, even though another phone has almost a full connection. Battery life is also a bit disappointing. Other than that, the phone is great to use. The cameras are great, and the video quality is awesome.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't keep a signal, anywhere. Blogs all point to Google OS problems. No fix from Google, Verizon changed SIM card to no effect. I will have to return it.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not great
on May 5, 2012

Overall this phone is as good as most current Android smartphones, but it is lacking in build quality, camera quality, and the Android OS just does not have the smoothness of Windows Phone 7 or iOS 5. The good thing is that you can modify the Android OS, but the average person has no idea how to do this.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Product is Mediocre

Sadly it is expensive, screen eats battery quickly, and is poorly designed to perform fast yet this sacrifices battery life while doing it by eating voltage. Have your engineers work on something better next time :)
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, poor battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While not as powerful in benchmark tests, the Nexus clearly outperforms the SGS2 in all regards, faster internet, buttery smooth performance, no redraw or lag. It's an investment WELL worth making
Pros: Lightweight
