I love this phone!

I love almost everything about this phone. The hardware is exceptional, the design is beautiful and the stock Ice Cream Sandwich blows everything else out of the water. My only issues with this device are the camera, PenTile Matrix display and small battery (for LTE).
First, the camera. I would have been ecstatic if it had the same camera as the Galaxy S II phones, but alas it does not. The speed of the camera is great, but it just really lacks in low light. I would have also liked an external camera button, but I can deal with it.
Second, while the display is still awesome, I wish I couldn't see some of the issues of PenTile cropping up. I can give this a pass as I've become more used to it.
And lastly, the battery. It's not bad, like HTC's tiny batteries, but it's not as big as I would have liked. Even with the extended battery, I struggle to get through a whole day without plugging it in. And that's with running it on 3G only for most of the day and only using Wifi at home. If I use 4G, I have to plug it in at work or I'm going home with a dead battery.
Overally, I'm really happy with the Galaxy Nexus and love showing it off to friends and family. The large display is gorgeous and I have no complaints overall, really. A great phone, Samsung!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

So just so we're clear. I'm going to review the phone. Not the OS. Now ICS is by far the best on the market. I have had a lot of Samsung products, like the Vibrant, Nexus S, the first Galaxy Tab "7".
The phone is the most superior on the market. Its fast, and smooth. The design is sleek, and light weight. I has a nice 3 button style pen on the side for charging.
I have recommended this phone to multiple people, and one has switched from his Windows phone to the Galaxy Nexus and loves it.
I've been waiting awhile for a phone like this! There are several things that I've been waiting for and this phone has IT!. First Great display! Really clear and vibrant! Phones should be fun and this one is a joy just to look at. Chrome Beta! Yes it's not really part of the phone but it is important. Consolidating the usefulness of the browsing experience among various platforms. Perfect! Not my bookmarks are the same everywhere. NFC! Not all there yet but I'm ready for it now. We just need the world to catch up! A few other things. Panorama camera, ICS, 4G speed, Dual processor. Just a few really nice things to have. Now for the payback. all that coolness just sucks battery. For me it's not an issue since I have an extra charger at work and can plug it in.But this phone really drains the battery quickly. That's the only reason I took away 1 star
This is a great device. ICS does have a learning curve, but you'll become familiarized with the OS rather quickly. The developer community behind the Nexus is quite remarkable. So, for those android enthusiast, this phone will provide countless hours of flashing ROMs and themes.
No near field communication on certain networks...
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Not high def, no nfc
I would recommend this to a friend!

Anyone using iPhone that uses this phone will throw iPhone away. and now they have a Swype Beta that works wonderfully. Came from Droid X and there is no comparison.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, large screen
Cons: it does not come with digital clock that will stay
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Phone But Needs Improvement

This phione has a lot of great qualities but has a lot of work to be done. The first thing is the 4G connection that I haven't had since I bouth the phone because of the issue that they are having. I live in an area where the 4g connection is available so it is the phone. Second, not being able to sync my facebook contacts with my contacts and last, if I have a contact sync to my gmail or whatsapp account and the contact no longer uses whatsapp, then I lose that contact. Same thing happens with Tango.
