I have owned the galaxy nexus for one month and am so amazed by the hidden (not publicly marketed) technology that I felt obligated to post this review. I am currently writing this post from my phone connected to my 52" tv and blue tooth mouse and keyboard. The phone battery life will last all day if you are using the default color spectrum wallpaper. The reception is 4g lte full strength in Miami. The sound level is not going to impress most people but if you have the phone in your hands it sounds great. I have paired the phone to my google tv, but now wonder why I need the google TV. Outlook sync has a two second delay on calendar and contact uploads. Emails come in at precisely the same time.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, unreal features, 720x1280 resolution, ics
Cons: $$

Samsung could've done better

Dropped calls and poor audio are the Achilles heel of this phone. It could have been a super-phone otherwise.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, ics
Cons: poor speakerphone, radio signal drops, pathetic battery life

Bought my Nexus just after launch and have been in Smartphone heaven ever since. It does all that I ask it to and then some. I have had zero problems with reception, calls, and data. I have found MY perfect phone. Thanks Samsung for giving us a great product!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I love it! But where's the accessories?

Bought my Nexus approx 1 month ago, the 1st was a dude. It had major radio issues so I took it back after 1 week and exchanged it for another & have been very happy since the exchange. The only issue I have which is the same complaint that everyone else has is the volume which is just way to low.
The 1 thing I wish is that Samsung would release the accessories for it. I NEED the HD Dock.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: low volume, not enough accessories

OMG this phone is great

I got this phone when I was eligible for a upgrade.. week before my birthday. I have to say I'm glad I chose this phone here and have only had happiness so far with it- about month and 3 days having it now. The battery isn't the greatest but I have 3 extended batteries and one charging while one is draining.... NO big deal there for me. I haven't had any real issues with phone so far.. it has shut down on its own once when I had app open and someone called. Volume is a little low for the device but there is a third party app that does help lots with it.
Design of this phone is very nice and about nicest I've had I believe. The very flexible battery cover some may complain about is no big deal for me.. I sort of like it and find it easier than some to get off and put back on. Overall love everything with this phone and can't wait for Jellybean.. I love Jellybeans :). Great phone if you can get for a good price and if the phone works for you.

Cons: battery drain

Great phone however suffers from reception issues. I live in 4G hotspot and I dont get 4G with the nexus. My son's razor has no issue.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: reception, batter life
