The phone itself is absolutely amazing. I'm afraid however that I would have to say the Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.2) is the main reason though. The screen the best part of this phone. It's a vividly bright LED screen who's native resolution is 1280x720. This resolution is the same as my laptop monitor but brighter and more colorful. My biggest disappointment in the phone is the lack of external storage. (ie. micro SD, mini SD.. ) I would have liked to see some better cameras on the device. I think the software compensated for basic cameras on the device.
Overall: Great investment backed by two great supporting companies (Samsung and Google) A milestone in itself.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, screen resolution

GREAT PHONE IN GENERAL. GOOD FEEL AND EASY TO HANDLE. MISSING A FEW FEATURE OTHER GALAXY PHONES HAVE.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, built in speaker, camera

I upgraded from a DX2 and I compared this phone to the RAZR incl the new Maxx and a couple others. I chose the Galaxy for the screen size and the fact that it is pure Android. I love this phone, it is fast and smooth and I have had great signal strength on 4G in my area with blazing internet speeds around 12 to 15 Megs up and down. Working in the technology field the huge screen comes in very hand when I have to do some remote support work in a pinch. Awesome device and I would recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, wicked fast
Cons: non i can think of

I have been with the Android line since the first DROID launched on Verizon. This is the best one I have used so far and I hope that it continues to be updated and I am very happy with my purchase!

I had Htc Thunderbolt before I got the nexus. Way better display!Like the ics 4.0 just wished it had swype for it.. Overall great phone so far...

I like the ICS, but sometimes when texting it is a little slow to catch up to my typing. Overall the phone is a winner even though this is my second phone due to slow response on the other one.
