feature-packed smartphone that over throws Iphone. Very fast! I had bought 2 phones because this is the standard for all Android phone. It is superb..If I change anything..I'll make it little more sturdier with metal casing. While back I has a Samsung A900, a flip phone that rivaled Motorola's razr. It was a very good phone..made with metal casing that last without any cover. I would like Samsung to use more brushed metal(aluminum) to accent future hot phones. Thanks. Samsung Rocks! Andy

Simple for an Adroid Phone

Cannot say much about this phone but it is quicker than your average Android phone but less than the iPhone so for the price I considered the Iphone. lol. This phone was not bad though it is more people friendly.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Great product bad Quality Control

I have been using smart phones ever since they came out. I am not completely happy with the SGN. My only complaints are:
1) The battery could be larger and therefore hold a longer charge. I am not interested in buying an extended battery, it should have been included from the start period.
2) The back of the phone gets very hot particularly around the the camera lens area. I even notice it through a protective case. My thinking is that if it feels hot to me outside a protective case this sucker must be almost red hot in the phone itself, i'll bet it will eventually cause a problem (see next issue).
3) When I got the phone I noticed a line in the screen from the top left, diagonally to the right about 1/4 down the screen. Now, you can't see this "defect" unless the screen is black and held at a particular angle with light shining on it. Yes, I just described what seems to be a "crack" on a phone straight from the manufacturer. Seems to me that the incredible heat being generated by this phone is one of the culprits which could be causing this issue. I am not the only one who is seeing this, Certain popular forums are getting full of posts referring to this issue.
Issue 3 was a total disappointment and is the main reason why I am rating the phone so low. I would prefer to give it a higher rating but my practical side just will not let me. I will say that the Carrier I got the phone from was very professional and graciously replaced the phone under manufacturers warranty. The only problem with this is that I am getting a refurbished unit not a new one, quite disappointing.
Would I recommend this phone to a friend? Probably not. Why didn't I just give up on this phone and get something else? Well, I am a developer and am developing applications for the Android platform otherwise I would have gone with something else.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, gets excessively hot around camera lens, possible manufacturer defect cracked screen., no removable sd card

Love this phone

I came for a Droid X2 and a really like this phone the display is incredible. It took some getting used to ICS but once you send a few minutes with it is very easy to use.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: batter life is about 6 hours, almost no accessories
I would recommend this to a friend!
