Control knobs are plastic.

We had the previous model of this product and we were very happy with it but it was time for a replacement. We were told this model was an exact replacement with different grids. When it arrived we found that it has plastic knobs rather than the stainless steel as on the previous model. These plastic knobs peel and are a complete disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glass cooktop hard to clean and stains easily

Stove cooks fine. Grates and especially glass is impossible to clean. It spots and stains so eas8 and very hard to clean

Works well but within 3 days of installation the one burner stopped working- had to wait almost 2 weeks before service person could fix

My wife is the chef in our house and loves this cooktop. The glass surface is as easy to clean as an electric, but you get the great cooking features of gas. And the burners on this cooktop are much more efficient than our last gas cooktop. Very hot, and with five burners, you have the right size for every need.

Love the glass top - so easy to clean

I wanted a gas stove top as easy to take care of as the electric glass tops my friends have. This one does the job - I love gas cooking but the typical gas stoves as a pain to keep clean. It looks beautiful and I love the ease of cleaning.

The cooktop looks beautiful in the kitchen. The best part is that it’s very easy to clean. My old one was not. This one has five burners and my last one had four. So this is a big improvement!
