What a steal of a rugged phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great in the time I've had it. I really am skeptical of some of the reviews on here knocking it, seems like some user error to me. (as a techie dude) I came from using an s6 previously and it performs just as well in my opinion. Better battery, and great support of simple and easy to the OS installed on Android 7.0. The launchers, phone app, and hot menu's are very good. I'm a big fan of LGs design on these.
The camera is a little slower at times, and missing a few things like the ability to turn off the shutter sound but not bad. The front camera I think is super good in my opinion, and I think the selfie flash idea in the app was a great idea and something I've never seen before. (It uses a white box on the screen as a flash).
I'm hesitant to go crazy testing the "ruggedness" factors of the phone but from tests I've seen, it seems very good. None the less with my habit of playing in the mountains time will tell but I feel good about it. The only criticism I have is the camera glass lens. I'm sure they used good glass but there's no indent or bezel for the back camera so it's a potential fail point. I'd rather just take good care of it and opted for a case even though it's not 100% needed just to make it that much better. (Incipio makes a great case for cheap.)
It's feature are great, I love the fast charging even though I rarely need it. I can definitely get two days out of it but I just rarely need to but it's nice to know and I'm sure that'll be a good thing to help with making the battery stretch a bit longer. The SD card is great and something I've been missing a while. (Although that is an added cost to think about.)
I definitely feel like this thing is a killer bulletproof phone and even if it does die in a year or two, that's well worth it compared to the price of most phones these days. I doubt it will though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Phone is not even 6 months olds and barely usable. Half the time it must be powered down to charge. The computer won't see it, LG airdrive won't find it, MTP option NOT available in notifications list. Without a doubt thee worst cell phone experience in my life and I'm over 50.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had this phone very long but so far it has been very nice and no problems. Because of bad experance with battires staying charged on some phones i was leary. When i got this phone i really put it to the test, pleased to say this one holds up just fine for what i use it for. As far as it being rugged as they advertise I have not put that to the test and wont , but it is a solid phone. I have mine in a very nice sturdy case that give it even more protection, its a heavy duty case. I highly recommend it.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, battery, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone a few weeks ago, and I am very satisfied with the battery, and all that I have used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone several months ago and it's tthe best one yet. Excellent battery capacity aand up to two days use on a single charge. The cameras could bbe better and I'm still waiting for the Android 8 Oreo Update, but all in all its the best phone I've owned to date. And I've owned lots of phones.
Pros: Performance, Quality, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone to replace me failing LG 2 Vista. one of them
Had phone for a month and it seems to do everything the old one did. I do not like the buttons on the side. It does not allow holding with out pushing buttons. I purchased a case for it which alows a better hold but still touchey.
